Join us for a Basecamp weekend retreat, where you can experience the award-winning Mountain Trek program directly from your own home.
Over the course of one weekend, our expert team will lead you through an immersive 48-hour experience specifically designed—and proven—to dramatically improve your health physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through proper nutrition, movement, nature immersion, and more, you’ll spend the weekend reversing the effects of aging, stress, and overworking, and emerge feeling refreshed, recharged, and back in control.
From Friday at 3 pm until Sunday at 4:30 pm, you and a maximum of 12 guests will work hand-in-hand with award-winning staff, following a program specifically designed and proven to reverse the effects of aging, stress, and overworking (and isolation!). You’ll exercise with our former-Olympian kinesiologist, prepare and eat delicious and nutritious food with our classically trained chef and certified nutritionist, learn and practice mindfulness with our program creator and director, and relax deeply with our expert yoga instructor.
Besides eating great food and moving your body, you will engage in activities that improve your sleep, stress levels, and your emotional and mental health. Guided meditations, creativity exercises, habit formation workshops, restorative yoga, and more. You will also spend time immersed in nature. Everything you need to achieve balance in your health.
